Use the same size check as sqfs_dir_reader_open_dir and report EOF,
even if it is possible to read the header itself, but nothing beyond
that.
Also check if it should be possible to read an entry header before
attempting and report EOF if not.

The sqfs_dir_reader_open_dir function tried to take a short-cut by
returning early if the target directory is empty. However, this left
some field unchanged from the previous directory.
If iterating over a directory and then deciding to enter a sub-directory
that happens to be empty, the directory reader will keep the settings
for the current directory. After calling sqfs_dir_reader_rewind, the
sub-directory will suddenly report the contents of the parent.
A similar check is added to the rewind function to not track back on
the meta data reader in that case.

It looks like the last commit missed a couple more occurences
where '\' was treated incorrectly.
Fixes were still needed in sqfs_dir_reader_find_by_path and
sqfs_dir_reader_get_full_hierarchy.
This path is used in extras/browse.c.

This patch adds a deep-copy callback to sqfs_object_t and removes the
copying mechanism from sqfs_compressor_t. This is also interesting for
other types.

Make every dynamically allocated, opaque data structure inherit from
a common sqfs_object_t structure with common entry points (e.g. destroy).
This removes tons of public API functions and replaces them with a
simple sqfs_destroy instead. If semantics of the (until now implicit)
object system need to be extended, it can be much more conveniantely
done this way.

It optionally allows code that does tree traversal to start at an
inode that it obtained previously and makes it easier to keep state
externally.

There were only a hand full of instances outside libsquashfs that used
the alloc code. In most cases, the thing allocated hat its size derived
from something already in memory anyway, so it is safe to assume its
size fits into a size_t.
At the same time, the opencoded Windows path conversion functions are
all unified into a single helper function.

This is a fully automated search and replace, i.e. I ran this:

and than added the appropriate definitions to sqfs/predef.h
The whole point being better compatibillity with platforms that may
not have an stdint.h with the propper definitions.

This moves a lot of the stuff that is done manually in the tree
deserializer to a generic helper in libsquashfs.
Due to how the fstree is implemented, as a work around, the inode needs
to be temporarily stored in the tree node, but some of the directory
details could be removed.
