2023-09-09	libcommon: get rid of write_data_from_file	David Oberhollenzer
	Modify gensquashfs to pack data using an istream wrapper, similar to tar2sqfs. To implement the no-tail-pack option, we need the file size, so we simply open a raw handle first, and query it (using libsquashfs API) and then create the stream wrapper. For the output side, we create a block-processor ostream wrapper and splice it. Since gensquashfs is the only, remaining user of the pack-a-file functon, we can then remove it from libcommon. 	The sqsf_writer is moved to a separate header, as well as the compressor related stuff. The statistics function is moved into the writer code, as this is the only place that actually uses it. 2019-11-24	Fix: Move LZO compressor from libsquashfs to libcommon	David Oberhollenzer
	The liblzo2 library is licensed under GPLv2, so it is not possible to distribute binaries of libsquashfs that link against liblzo2 under LGPL. This commit moves the LZO compressor implementation to libcommon, where this isn't a problem, since the tools themselves are licensed under GPLv3. 	Until now, filenames containing '/' or being equal to '..' or '.' where not handled explicitly, because they are canonicalized later, which will then fail.
