The reason this is implemented separately, instead of roling it into
the recursive iterator, is so that we can do additional filtering
in between. For instance, we can rewrite the path and the hard link
path will match up, or if we remove nodes from the hierarchy, we
won't end up with a hard link pointing outside.

Rename the open function to sqfs_file_open, use an argument for the
return pointer and pass back and error number on failure. Also add
an inermediate function to open an sqfs_file_t using a handle, similar
to the stream API. The get_file_size function is moved to the native
wrappers and some of the implementation is cleaned up a little.

The recursive part and the filter part are split up, the recursive
iterator wrapper is moved into libsquashfs and the libio iterator
is modified to use that internally instead of implementig the
recursion step.

By adding additional close/duplicate primitives, the remaining, mostly
identical istream/ostream/file code is mostly identical between Windows
and Unix and be merged, mostly without stitches.

- The ostream creation functions already have flag arguments,
but make them an sqfs_u32 instead of int.
- Add flag arguments to the istream functions, sanitzie and forward
them when opening the handle.

Having a function to interpret the flags and open a native file handle
simplifies the istream/ostream/file code which shares that decoding
part, particularly on windows where the character set needs to be
transformed.

When opening files on windows, use the widechar versions and convert
from (assumed) UTF-8 to UTF-16 as needed.
Since the broken, code-page-random API may acutall be intended in some
use cases, leave that option in through an additional flag.

Avoid namespace polution. Make sure all exportet symbols are prefixed
with either sqfs_ or SQFS_.

This patch adds a deep-copy callback to sqfs_object_t and removes the
copying mechanism from sqfs_compressor_t. This is also interesting for
other types.

Make every dynamically allocated, opaque data structure inherit from
a common sqfs_object_t structure with common entry points (e.g. destroy).
This removes tons of public API functions and replaces them with a
simple sqfs_destroy instead. If semantics of the (until now implicit)
object system need to be extended, it can be much more conveniantely
done this way.

This only exists for tar2sqfs. Move the sparse file map to libtar
and add the ability to do this into the stind sqfs_file_t abstraction,
so it acts like a normal file but internally stitches the data
together from the sparse implementation.

Add another helper function for getting a blocks from a condensed sparse
file, then rewrite the data writer to use that instead, using an
sqfs_file_t pointer instead of direct file i/o.

First, this commit moves the create-blocks-from-fd function over to
libsquashfs and ports it to work on an sqfs_file_t instead.
Second, the function in the data_writer that reads from a file descriptor
is adjusted to use an sqfs_file_t instead.
Finally, the tools that use it have to be adjusted accordingly.

This this commit, the code that is compiled and linked to produce
libsquashfs.so (and *only* libsquashfs.so) is released under the
terms and conditions of the GNU Lesser General Public license,
allowing 3rd party programs to dynamically link against it and still
being able to release their programs under a license of their choosing.
The libutil library is also relicensed, because it is statically linked
into libsquashfs.so. This does not affect the command line programs that
remain under the GPLv3.
At the current time, the two libraries do not contain any 3rd party
contributions and thus do not require anybodys consent other than mine
to change the licensing terms (unlike e.g. libfstree.a).
The libfstree.a and libsqfshelper.a utility libraries will also remain
under the GPLv3 license.
Going forward, some parts of libsqfshelper.a will be moved to
libsquashfs.so. The parts absorbed by libsquashfs.so will then also have
their licensing conditions changed *at that time*.
For the public headers, this commit adds the full boiler-plate comment
about the license, for the source files and internal headers, only the
SPDX identifier is changed.

This should make it easier to use libsquashfs with custom setups that
embedd a squashfs image inside something else. Also, it should make
it easier to port to non unix-like platforms.
