Some of the on-disk format internals are moved to a separate header
and some of the stuff from internal.h is moved to that format header.
C++ guards are added in addtion.
Everything PAX related is moved to pax_header.c, some internal
functions are marked as static.

A `flags` field and `priority` are added to all file information
structs. A news fstree function is introduced for parsing a "sort-file".
Each line in the file is space separated, and has the following format:
priority [flags] filename
Priority is a 64 bit number, flags are optional and filename can be put
in quotes if it is supposed to start or end with spaces. Single line
comments can be used.
The flags can be used to set block-processor flags (e.g. don't fragment,
or don't compress), as well as instructing the parser to use file
globbing to match the filename.
After parsing the file, the list of file info structure is sorted
according to the priority (default is 0) using a stable sort algorithm.

The sqsf_writer is moved to a separate header, as well as the compressor
related stuff. The statistics function is moved into the writer code, as
this is the only place that actually uses it. The writer code itself is
split up into a hand full of file in their own subdirectory.

This commit rewrites the libtar write paths to use libfstream insead of
a FILE pointer. Also, the libcommon file extraction function is remodeled
to use libfstream.
In accordance, rdsquashfs, sqfs2tar and sqfsdiff have some minor
adjustments made to work with the ported libtar and libcommon.

This commit changes the tar2sqfs & gensquashfs code to pass the exit
status on to sqfs_writer_cleanup in libcommon.
The function sqfs writer code in libcommon is changed to retain the
output file name and delete it if the status passed to the cleanup
function is anything other than EXIT_SUCCESS.

Make sure the function has a way of telling the caller *why* it failed.
This way, the function can convey whether it had an internal error, an
allocation failure, whether the arguments are totaly nonsensical, or
simply that the compressor *or specific configuration* is not supported.

If the block processor allocates and dynamically resizes inodes on
the fly, we can add data indefinitely without knowing the size of
the file ahead of time.

This commit moves the entire block writing and deduplication of data
blocks over to a different data type named "block writer".
For simplicity, the interfaces of the block processor are left as is
and are turned into warppers. Likewise, most of the code in the block
writer is just verbatim from the block processor, to be cleaned up in
subsequent commits.

The XZ option parser had a similar function to parse_size. This commit
removes the other implementation and extends parse_size with the one
missing feature, i.e. allowing a '%' suffix for a relative value.

When converting a SquashFS image to a tarball, it makes no sense to
refuse conversion if the filename is considered evil by the OS.
This patch adds an option to is_filename_sane to check if the OS has
a problem with the given file name. sqfs2tar sets it to false and
converts everything while rdsquashfs sets it to true when unpacking.

The liblzo2 library is licensed under GPLv2, so it is not possible to
distribute binaries of libsquashfs that link against liblzo2 under
LGPL.
This commit moves the LZO compressor implementation to libcommon,
where this isn't a problem, since the tools themselves are licensed
under GPLv3.
It removes the ability of libsquashfs to read or generate LZO compressed
SquashFS images, but the tools still can.

the file descriptor and hopefully create sparase files.

Until now, filenames containing '/' or being equal to '..' or '.' where
not handled explicitly, because they are canonicalized later, which
will then fail.
This commit adds an explicit check to make those fail immediately with
a clear, specific error message.
