Rename the open function to sqfs_file_open, use an argument for the
return pointer and pass back and error number on failure. Also add
an inermediate function to open an sqfs_file_t using a handle, similar
to the stream API. The get_file_size function is moved to the native
wrappers and some of the implementation is cleaned up a little.

To the sqfs_data_reader_t is added, an sqfs_istream_t implementation
that internally reads through the data reader. The uses of the
data_reader_dump function are removed and the function is subsequently
removed from libcommon.

Report an error number from the implementations, change the users to
forward that error number (which also means libtar write header/link
now returns an error code) and all subsequent binaries to use
sqfs_perror() instead of relying on the function to print an error
internally.
Also, make sure to preserve errno/GetLastError() in the implementations
and print out a stringified error in sqfs_perror() if the error code
indicates an I/O error.

Having a function to interpret the flags and open a native file handle
simplifies the istream/ostream/file code which shares that decoding
part, particularly on windows where the character set needs to be
transformed.

Instead of "open sparse", make that the default and turn it into
a "no sparse" flag.

Implement grab/drop functions to increase/decrease reference count
and destroy the object if the count drops to 0.
Make sure that all objects that maintain internal references actually
grab that reference, duplicate it in the copy function, drop it in
the destroy handler.

Test against various invariants:
- Every non-root node must have a name
- The root node muts not have a name
- The name must not be ".." or "."
- The name must not contain '/'
- The loop that chases parent pointers must terminate, i.e. we must
never reach the starting state again (link loop).
Furthermore, make sure the sum of all path components plus separators
does not overflow.

This commit rewrites the libtar write paths to use libfstream insead of
a FILE pointer. Also, the libcommon file extraction function is remodeled
to use libfstream.
In accordance, rdsquashfs, sqfs2tar and sqfsdiff have some minor
adjustments made to work with the ported libtar and libcommon.

This commit modifies sqfsdiff to extract the compressor options from
the squashfs image and store them in a compressor configuration if
possible. The failure path is modified to *not* burst into flames on
error, because those options are not required by any compressor to
read data from the disk and pretty much every vendor modifed SquashFS
has messed with those to the point that they cannot be propperly
decoded (or the flag is set and there are no options).

Instead of having the binary programs in randomly named subdirectories,
move all of them to a "bin" subdirectory, similar to the utility
libraries that have subdirectories within "lib" and give the
subdirectories the propper names (e.g. have gensquashfs source in a
directory *actually* named "gensquashfs").
