The line-by-line reading function in the io library was specifically
added for this kind of use case, so we don't have to handle trimming
of lines, don't have to touch getline() and it's convoluted error
handling (return value -1 could mean either EOF or error).
The code that searches for '\n' and replaces it with '\0' can be
removed as well and a memory leak involving "line" is removed along
the way.

- Some of the error/cleanup paths are merged.
- Struct fields don't have to be set to NULL if the entire struct is
free'd immediately after.

Similar to the hex blob decoder, we need this once for tar and
once for the filemap xattr parser.
Simply add a single, central implementation to libutil, with a
simple unit test, and then use it in both libtar and gensquashfs.

Since we need it twice (once for tar, once for the filemap xattr
parser), add a single, central implementation to libutil, add a
unit test for that implementation and then use it in both libtar
and gensquashfs.

The base path is passed to the fstree_from_file function and in turn
to the individual callbacks.
The line parsing function is modified to allow '*' as mode, uid and gid
for specifically marked callbacks.
A glob callback is added that internally uses the fstree_from_dir scanning
functions in combination with a filter callback.
Directory scanning flags are parsed from the extra arguments before
interpreting it as a path fragment.

- Instead of using the fstree root, let the caller specify it.
- Add a flag to prevent recursion into sub directories.

On a current Fedora 31, when cross compiling with mingw, pkg config
manages to find the Selinux library, but not the header. The configure
script disables WITH_SELINUX, but the library variable is still set,
causing a linker error further down the line.

On the one hand, this commit cleanes the code a bit by splitting
the "scan directory contents" code from the "scan xattrs from
directory contents" and moving the later in a seperate file.
On the other hand, the xattr scanning is now done *after* the fstree
is post processed, which includes sorting it. This way, the xattrs
are always added in a deterministic, reproducible order.

A common use case for mksquashfs is to simply pack a directory and set
a magic option to force all user/group IDs to root.
This commit adds similar options to gensquashfs to maek it better
suited as a direct replacement for packing an input directory.

Instead of having the binary programs in randomly named subdirectories,
move all of them to a "bin" subdirectory, similar to the utility
libraries that have subdirectories within "lib" and give the
subdirectories the propper names (e.g. have gensquashfs source in a
directory *actually* named "gensquashfs").
