nanddump: kill --omitbad, --noskipbad
As mentioned previously, we are killing --omitbad in favor of the new --bb=skipbad option, which functions fairly similarly. Also, --noskipbad has become --bb=dumpbad, so remove the old `-N' and `--noskipbad' flags.
