ubiupdate: support reading from stdio
1. Adds -s/--size switch; 2. Allows the image file to be specified as '-', meaning stdin; if used, the size must be specified. Signed-off-by: Artem Bityutskiy <Artem.Bityutskiy@nokia.com>
